Meet Big Fluff. Man, woman, or beast, Fluff was the best friend I ever had . The bookshelf contains the works of some of my very best friends. These are the people I have tried to model my life after. The three blackish books are The Complete Letters of Vincent van Gogh. Moving to the left, the yellow book is The Journal of Eugene Delacroix. If I had to look at the works of only one painter, he would be it. Next come the paintings of Adolphe Monticelli, The Complete Works of William Shakespeare, and the boxed sets of the Wagner operas The Ring of the Niebelung, and Parsifal. The green book to the right of the three is Artur Schopenhauers The World As Will and Idea, followed by books of paintings by Rembrandt, Rubens, Claude Monet, Gauguin, Titian, and Honore Daumier. Fluff is flanked by our first cymbidiums. The painting is dedicated to My Best Friends. |
