Undisputed leader of the Rolling Stones, Brian is the one who played all the different instruments and arranged the London recordings. From the recorder in Ruby Tuesday, the sitar in Paint It Black, or the harpsichord in Lady Jane, Brian did it all. His use of the melotron in Their Satanic Majesties Request, produced some of the most innovative music in all of Rock. He was also the one who would turn his back to the audience and cause riots with his sarcastic remarks. The Crown Prince of Rock and Roll, Brian Jones was one of a kind. |
