Paul Berenson

Las Vegas is one of my favorite vacation spots. Most of these paintings are from there, but a few are from Tombstone, Arizona because they just seem to fit here rather than with landscapes and there aren't that many. I love The Fremont Street Experience, and have stayed there since 2004. I don't gamble, but there are few better things than strolling the plaza at 11pm with a frozen drink when it's 90 degrees. Ann and I started going to Las Vegas when we would get low roller vacations from Vegas World, which later became the Stratosphere Tower. There's one painting of Vegas World, and several of Fremont Street. Las Vegas has also become the premiere art center of the Western U.S. in recent years with the Bellagio, especially, exhibiting some of the best Impressionist works from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
