"Yellow Irises"

Iris are some of my favorite Flowers. They always remind me of dancers. This is another Iris from the mid 1980's. I had patches of them all around the neighborhood and painted several. I really liked this yellow Iris display. It was at a time when I was still learning to paint Iris and focused on the individual Flowers, as much as the group.
